Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping:
• Orders processed within 1–2 business days.
• Australian Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days. Express shipping: 1–3 business days.
• International shipping: 7–21 business days.
• Standard shipping $8 (Australia). Express shipping $15. Free standard shipping on orders over $80. International rates calculated at checkout.
• All orders include tracking.

Returns & Exchanges:
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened beauty products.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the product.
• Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
