Processing & Shipping
• We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days.
• Standard shipping within Australia: 3–7 business days. Express shipping: 1–3 business days. International shipping: 7–21 business days.
• Shipping costs: $8 for standard, $15 for express, free standard shipping on orders over $80. International rates calculated at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds
• Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products such as lash serum and mascara.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the product and your order number.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error.
