Application & Usage
How do I apply the A1 Lash Growth Serum?
To use our 3 ml Lash Growth Serum, start with clean, dry eyes. Dip the brush once and gently swipe a thin line along your upper lash line, as if applying eyeliner. Do not rinse off. Use once daily, preferably at night. Allow the serum to dry completely before applying other products.
How long does it take to see results?
Visible changes can begin as early as 4–6 weeks, with full results around 8–12 weeks when used consistently. Individual results may vary.
Can I use the serum with mascara, lash extensions, or contact lenses?
Yes. Our formula is lightweight and suitable for use under mascara, and it can be safely used with lash extensions since it is applied to the skin, not the lashes. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying the serum and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. Always consult your optometrist if you have concerns.
Is it safe for sensitive eyes?
A1 Lash Care products are dermatologist- and ophthalmologist-tested and are free from hormones, parabens, and sulphates. They are suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers, but discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Can I use the serum during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our products contain gentle ingredients; however, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new cosmetic product.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan-friendly?
Yes. A1 Lash Care is committed to animal welfare. All of our serums and mascaras are cruelty-free and made without animal-derived ingredients.
What are the key ingredients?
Our lash serum uses peptides, biotin, and hyaluronic acid to nourish, strengthen, and condition lashes. The mascara combines growth peptides with carnauba and beeswax to deliver volume while supporting lash health. See the product pages for full ingredient lists.
Orders & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days, while express shipping takes 1–3 business days. International orders are delivered in 7–21 business days depending on destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $80 AUD. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
