Australian Delivery:
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping usually arrives in 1–3 business days to metro areas.

International Delivery:
International shipping times vary (usually 7–21 business days) depending on the destination and customs processes.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days – flat rate $8 AUD

  • Express Shipping (Australia Post/StarTrack): 1–3 business days – flat rate $15 AUD

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days – calculated at checkout

Free Shipping:
Orders over $80 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking. We’ll send you a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened beauty products, including lash serum and mascara.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at a1lashcare@gmail.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund once the problem is verified.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we made an error.
