We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay. Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store card details.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened beauty products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Use of Products

Our lash serums and mascaras are formulated for topical use only. Always follow the directions for use.
If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult your physician.
Products should not be used by individuals under 18 years of age without medical guidance, or by those who are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor.
